The associate must be encouraged to develop the dB Blocker habit. To do that, you might want to consider methods of positive reinforcement for dB Blocker wearing like contests for the associate who forgets them the least, posters to remind the workers of the new hearing protection standard, and reinforcement by supervisors supporting the “we only wear dB Blockers now” program.
- How to supervise a dB Blocker implementation:
Buy in from the supervisors is essential to getting the program implemented quickly and effectively. If ensuring your associates wear their dB Blockers is a priority for your supervisors, in the initial stages of the program, implementation will be successful. If it is not, the associates will gauge the priority the company places on the program from the supervisors. Training and perhaps a contest to see which division within the company implements their dB Blocker program first could be considered.
- How do workers receive and get comfortable with dB Blockers:
The manner in which dB Blockers are initially worn, impacts the first impression the associate has of the program and the protection. - What are the dB Blocker Warranties:
dB Blocker FITRIGHT WARRANTY – If there is a problem with the comfort, fit, or performance of our dB Blockers, notify us within 30 days of receiving your dB Blockers and we will either adjust or refit until you are satisfied or refund your money (some conditions apply).
dB Blocker PRODUCT WARRANTY – If your dB Blocker fails because of either material or workmanship within 3 years of when it is shipped to you, CPE will replace it free of charge.
