PhoneBuddy™ I  is the single version headphone for monaural use (phone calls and to just hear the phone ring in noise).  You can connect your PhoneBuddy™ into your dB Blocker Convertible vented protector and hear the phone ring in noise.

PhoneBuddy™ II – is the stereo version. With PhoneBuddy™ II you can listen to music and answer your phone calls on most smart phones. II also connects to dB Blocker Convertible vented protectors for use in a noisy work environment.

Has a jack that allows incoming audio to be transmitted to a speaker button on a Communicate Ear dB Blocker™ or through our UltraLite to a Convertible dB Blocker™ or Filtered Covert earpiece. This Microphone has a pigtail specific to each radio. Radio make and model are necessary in order to supply the correct microphone.

Is an excellent product to take radio communication directly to the ear. This minute over-the-ear communication cord set provides clear, reliable sound. It optimizes discretion for surveillance while maximizing clarity. Ideal for moderate noise situations where rugged, reliable communications are required. UltraLite is highly recommended for General Policing, Security, Emergency Response Teams, light industrial applications, and anywhere dependable response is necessary between communicators. Connects with either a 2.5mm or 3.5mm right angle jack into a speaker microphone or radio output jack. Uses either a Filtered Covert or the Convertible-Y Vented earpiece below. Length 22″ relaxed and 32″ extended. Moderate noise is noise below 100dB.

dB Com™ Filtered Covert Earpiece

A patented filtered communication earpiece that secures a 2-way radio speaker in your ear. The wearer can hear the radio and what is going on around them. The Filterd Covert earpiece has a proprietary volume-limiting filter to prevent noise overexposure and eventual hearing loss. Its clear color makes the Filtered Covert earpiece barely noticeable and its construction makes it virtually indestructible.

Your radio connects directly to this earpiece eliminating missed calls. The additional Y vent lets you hear people and things around you while connected to your radio. Convertible-Y Vented when combined with the Ultralite, allows wearer to hear 2-way radio communication in noisy environments.

Transmits the incoming audio from a 2-way radio to a Communicate Ear dB Blocker™ earpiece via an interface cord.

dB Com™ Interface CordNo. 80027 - 80031, 80037

Used to connect between the Receiver Button and the output jack on the Shoulder Speaker Microphone or directly to the 2-way radio. These cables are Kevlar lined for exceptional tear strength, and Hytrel coated for abrasion resistance to keep them flexible down to -20C (-4F). This cable can be short (15″ relaxed or 30-32″ stretched) for Shoulder Mounted Microphone connections, or long (19″ relaxed or 50-50″ stretched) for connecting directly to a radio output jack. They are available with either 2.5mm or 3.5mm R/A or 3.5mm threaded jacks (for Motorola HT1000 radios).

For 2-way radio communication in high noise environments. It has a 19dB noise-canceling Boom Microphone that decreases background noise to clarify outgoing communication in noise. When used with “Y” Vented Convertible dB Blockers™, incoming communication is clear and distinguishable. This headset reduces mistakes in communication and the need to repeat messages, which means no time is lost retransmitting, and workplace stress is reduced. Comes with an in-line Push To Talk (PTT) switch or can be ordered for a remote PTT switch for almost hands free operation.

The X-Treme Headset uses the Convertible-Y Vented earpieces (No. 10037) to connect the headset to the ear.

Discreet handheld microphone for use in standard radio communication or surveillance with 2-way radio. Can be used with any Covert earpiece for surveillance or a Convertible-Y Vented earpiece or a Communicate Ear™ in noise. We can fit almost any radio with a Palm Microphone; we just need to know the make and model of the radio so we can choose your connector. The Palm Microphone has a jack that allows incoming audio to be transmitted to either a speaker button on a Communicate Ear™ or through our Ultralite to either a Filtered Covert or Convertible-Y Vented earpiece.

dB Com™ Earphone Kit (Intrinsically Safe)No. 80022

This kit is safe to use in hazardous areas that may contain combustible fuel in the atmosphere (gasses, vapors or combustible dust). This device is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical or thermal energy to ignite the fuel and cause fire or explosion. The kit contains a Receiver Button, Cord with a 2.5mm R/A plug, a Sound Tube and a connector for a Communicate Ear™ earpiece. Must be used with an I/S Shoulder Speaker Microphone.

We will need your I/S radio make and model number to match the microphone to it. Currently available for Motorola HT 750 and HT1000/1250 radios.

dB Com™ IDEN Palm Microphone HeadsetNo. 80021

Discreet hand-held microphone for use with an IDEN cellular radio. Can be used with a Filtered Covert earpiece for surveillance or a Convertible-Y Vented earpiece in noise. Most current IDEN phones have a 4-segment 2.5mm right angle connector which plugs into a jack on the phone. Older IDEN phones have a proprietary connector on the bottom of the phone. We will need to know the model number of your IDEN phone to provide the correct Palm Microphone Kit. The Palm Microphone has a jack that allows incoming audio to be transmitted through a Sound Tube to either a Filtered Covert or Convertible-Y Vented earpiece.

Is the lightest effective noise rejecting cell phone headset we have ever seen (see above for more detail about this item). CaBoom can work with some IDEN radios. It plugs into the headset jack and moves incoming and outgoing audio to the headset. Please note: CaBoom does not contain a flash button, and using the headset in this way does require the user to start and end the call from the handset.

Allows the wearer to hear incoming audio in both ears. It has a 3.5mm stereo jack with separate right and left channels suitable for use with radios equipped with stereo and some monaural jacks. As well, the headset can be used with digital music players (iPod compatible). Designed to be worn with Convertible-Y Vented earpieces. DualCom can be worn under helmets of all types.
